Andy and Beki would like to welcome you to The Black Pepper. A family run bistro located on Library Street in Wigan, which opened its doors to the public in May 2018. Serving modern British Food, using classic flavours, with a twist. If you would like a quick bite to eat at lunch, or to celebrate a special occasion at dinner; why not let our friendly staff take care of your dining experience. If Sunday lunch is your thing, we serve a traditional mouth-watering roast, with our homemade Yorkshire puddings sure not to disappoint!
